Throughout the spring Coach Graham and his staff have made significant progress in terms of building a disciplined football team and reaching out to the community at numerous events. Now, it’s time to renew our focus on honoring tradition. Specifically, one of Sun Devil Football’s greatest traditions, Camp T.

Today at 11 AM, Athletics Director Steve Patterson and Coach Graham are hosting a press conference to announce the launch of our Return to Camp T campaign. The campaigns goal is $150,000, the amount needed to make it possible to return in 2012. Though more significant funding is needed to address additional improvements, the initial $150,000 will allow the team to spend 5 days at Camp in 2012 should that amount be raised by June 1st.

We need your help because we can’t do it alone. For more information about the Return to Camp T campaign, the history of Camp T and links to donate, please visit our website. There are incentives for your donation:

• Donors of $100 or more receive a Return to Camp T bumper sticker
• Donors of $250 or more receive a Return to Camp T t-shirt
• Donors of $500 or more receive the opportunity to attend the turnaround trip to the Camp T scrimmage on August 18th

This Saturday, April 21st, in conjunction with the Spring Game, the Sun Devil Club will be on hand to take donations to the Return to Camp T fund. Admission and parking for the Spring Game are FREE! Gates open at 12 Noon and the game will start at 1 PM.
